One may include a single creative for a shorter celebration; another may include a larger team, more hours and multiple edits. Start by writing down your priorities and comparing the actual coverage and deliverables beside each quote. There is no single price that describes every Miami wedding.
Coverage and logistics influence the team
A wedding in one location has different demands from preparations at two hotels followed by a ceremony and reception elsewhere. A multi-day celebration may need additional coverage. Talk through guest count, locations, transport and the events you want preserved. Those details help a studio determine staffing and time. They are more informative than a request for a price without a date or location.
Photography and filmmaking continue after the wedding
The finished work includes curation, editing and delivery. A film also involves shaping a narrative from picture and sound. When comparing collections, ask which finished pieces you receive and how they differ. A short highlight film, full ceremony edit and collection of speeches are separate deliverables. An album is also different from a digital gallery. Make sure the proposal names what matters to you.
LIB’s published starting prices
LIB’s photography and film collections start at $6,000 per service. Combined photo and video collections start at $10,000. These are starting points carried over from the studio’s current published pricing, not a fixed quote for every celebration. The final proposal sets the scope for your wedding. Ask about additions, travel and any applicable charges so you can compare the complete amount.
A useful way to compare your options
Create a short comparison with coverage hours, team size, photographs, film edits, albums, delivery timing and extra costs. Put your three most important outcomes above it. If one team’s work moves you more, ask what a collection centered on those priorities would look like. Avoid treating a longer list of deliverables as automatically more valuable than work you will return to for years.
What to send when asking for a proposal
Share your wedding date, city or venue, whether you want photography, film or both, and a little about the celebration. If the venue is undecided, say that. Include any additional events you want covered. An early conversation can establish whether the team, approach and investment fit before you spend time refining every detail.
